Yesterday,”Stanford e-Eiri” (a collaborative online course between EIRI iGlobal students and Stanford University) students were learning about SDGs with a Stanford professor. The theme of this meeting was SDG Goal 11 “Sustainable Cities and Community’s”, where students gave a 30-minute lecture in English, followed by a talk from a Stanford professor.
During this discussion, I felt there was an important message from the students in approaching SDG challenges, they said, “They believe it’s important that we don’t always stop the cycle of Learn, Think, Action, and Tell”. The other day, the teacher had mentioned “the personalization of the SDGs”, and the students themselves referenced the importance of this point made during the presentation.
